Laura, an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in global leadership roles, brings a proven ability to drive innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Laura serves as the President and CEO for Canlak Coatings. She previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer at the Matrix Adhesives Group. In addition, Laura held senior leadership roles within the specialty chemicals industry, including President of Castrol Americas for BP and Global Business Development Director for Henkel. Laura sits on the Board of Directors and Chairs the Advisory arm of Coqual, a non-profit DE&I think tank. Laura has a degree in Chemistry from The University of Delaware.
