Koppers Culture & Engagement (C&E) team meets in person each quarter to discuss key initiatives and ways to support the business.
This time, the group tried something different by heading to a local cooking class at Gaynor’s School of Cooking! The C&E team had fun while making Chicken Satay, Crispy Pork Wontons, and Spicy Red Pepper Dip.
Other items on the agenda included C&E Dashboards, Employee Engagement Training, Engagement Survey results and action planning. Plus, the group had a visit from CEO Leroy Ball to discuss his vision for C&E.
