As modern masters of global infrastructure and seasoned industry advisors, our commitment to people, planet, and performance is the foundation for all we put forth.
We are what the world is made of—we use renewable and repurposed raw materials to protect and extend the life of global infrastructure, for a more sustainable world.
Our services support critical infrastructure industries around the world. As trusted advisors with decades of proven success, we've seen it all, done it all, and are ready for whatever comes next.
Protecting what matters while preserving the future—guided by this purpose, the Koppers sustainability strategy focuses on three key pillars of people, planet, and performance.
Team members from Pittsburgh recently participated in the National Kidney Foundation (NKF)’s Corporate Monopoly Tournament, a unique fundraising event that supports kidney disease research and prevention efforts.
The atmosphere was lively and interactive as each player was assigned to a different table and competed against three other participants. Over the 90-minute game, players worked to acquire as many properties and as much cash as possible. When time was up, team scores were tallied to determine overall standings. Trophies were awarded to the top three individual players and top three performing teams.
In addition to the excitement of the competition, attendees had the opportunity to hear about NKF’s impact, including a guest speaker who shared their personal experience with the organization’s support.
Thank you to the team for supporting such an important cause, and congratulations to Chris Massari (Koppers IT Security Analyst) for earning 3rd place in the individual rankings!
