Koppers Recognized as One of America’s Climate Leaders for 2024

For the second year in a row, Koppers has been named on USA Today’s list of America’s Climate Leaders!

Companies who receive this prestigious recognition have been cutting their emissions to fight climate change. To create this list, USA Today and Statista looked at data surrounding more than 2,000 companies’ core emissions between 2020 and 2022, as well as emission intensity, carbon disclosure ratings and more. Koppers is proud of our progress, having reported a 54% reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions against our 2007 baseline – seven years ahead of our goal of 2030!
