Koppers Newest ERG, LINKup, has a Slam Dunk Kickoff!

Last month, Koppers newest ERG, LINKup, kicked off with a March Madness-themed event! 🏀
LINKup is a group for all employees – regardless of their location, goals or tenure in the workforce or at Koppers – to network, collaborate and learn from one another. 💡🤝
Through their events, LINKup will strive to bring out the best in every employee and help them succeed both in their professional and personal life, whether it’s their first month at Koppers or they’ve been with the company for 40 years.
The All-Star event also included a photo booth, game day snacks, member sign-up sheets, a suggestion box and more. The Kickoff and ERG would not have been possible without the inaugural officers of LINKup:
- Stephanie Apostolou, General Counsel, as the Executive Sponsor;
- Brianne Smail, Corporate Accounting Supervisor, as the Chair;
- Monica Snyder, Investor Relations Associate, as Vice Chair & Treasurer;
- Quin McLaughlin, Sales Representative, as Chairs Sub-lead;
- Brittany Ruxton, Corporate Innovation Specialist, and Brian Stein, Digital Transformation Manager, serving as Secretary & Communications Lead;
- Antoine Harris, Tax Analyst, as Membership Lead;
- Cassie Aber, Zero Harm Information Systems Manager, and Cate Selewitz, Senior Executive Assistant, both serving as Programs & Events Lead;
- Dylan Grzeczka, Talent Coordinator, as Mentorship & Development Lead and
- Allison Lanzel, Sales Manager Chemicals, as Officer Sub-lead
