Koppers Expands Sustainability Efforts with Greentown Labs

Last week, Koppers became corporate members of Greentown Labs – the largest climatech incubator in North America!

Greentown exclusively works with startups to advance climate solutions by partnering with multinational corporations that are committed to protecting the climate and bolstering innovation. By connecting entrepreneurs with a network of engaged partners, Greentown helps bring valuable, much needed climatetech and cleantech solutions to market. Collaboration between startups and corporate member partners takes many forms at Greentown, from investments to pilot projects to R&D contracts and more.

Koppers Innovation team is excited for this membership to help connect our organization with startups and advance our work around sustainability. Startups go through a rigorous application and vetting process before they’re accepted as members to Greentown, so there is confidence that an offering from a Greentown startup has reached a certain level of maturity.

During a recent trip to the US, Greentown Labs in Somerville, Massachusetts was a stop that Prince William and Princess Kate made!
