Koppers Crosses the Finish Line at MicroPro Sienna Pro Challenge Race Night!

Timber Specialties Canada, a division of Koppers Performance Chemicals (KPC), recently hosted the annual MicroPro Sienna Pro Challenge Race Nights! This event is a night of amateur racing with multiple divisions at Flamboro Speedway in Millgrove, Canada. 🏎️
Along with hosting, the Koppers team also sponsored two drivers from CanWel, a customer of Koppers and a leading manufacturer of treated wood including fencing, decking, and agricultural posts that use MicroPro preservative technology.
- Tim Norris of CanWel Building Materials and driver of MicroPro car #88 came in second place during the race night and went on to win the entire series! 🥇
- Sterling Hattin, driver of MicroPro Sienna sponsored car #8, won Rookie of the Year for the series.
More than 130 guests attended the event, including the Timber Specialties staff! Conrad Kempinska, Senior VP of KPC and Brad Burmeister, retired VP with 45 years of service were also in attendance.
