Koppers College Pilots Women in Leadership Program!

A group of Koppers female team members recently gathered for the first Koppers College Women in Leadership program.

Sessions were led by Development Dimensions International and included topics like building your network, developing a personal brand, risk taking and more! The pilot program offered great opportunities for relationship building and included sessions in Pittsburgh, PA, and Stickney, IL, where participants also got a tour of the plant!
