The results are in! This year’s award goes to our Utility & Industrial Products plant in Kennedy, Alabama! 🎊

The Kennedy facility achieved a combined lagging indicator rate of 0.00, with no OSHA recordables, TEIR events, or serious incidents. The team implemented four iShare ideas focused on Zero Harm and recorded the highest leading activity rate of finalists. This performance marks a major improvement from 2024, when Kennedy was ranked 24th.

A celebration with facility employees is planned for later this year to honor Kennedy’s achievement and recognize the contributions of all finalists. Additionally, the top three finalists will receive a monetary donation to be given to a local non-profit.
