Requirements Some of the prerequisites and requirements for obtaining a warranty under the Koppers’ Built-Up Warranty Program include: Application to Koppers by the roofing contractor prior to the commencement of any roofing work and acceptance of such application by Koppers; The use of built-up roofing components which are specified, manufactured or supplied by Koppers; The use of roofing contractors who are members of the Koppers Professional Contractors Program; Proper and effective installation of the roofing system in accordance with the roofing specifications contained in this manual and other applicable standards; Inspection and acceptance of the installation by Koppers; Payment of Koppers’ fee for obtaining a warranty. There are other requirements which may apply, and Koppers reserves the right to change or add to, at any time, with or without notice, any such requirements and further reserves the right to refuse to issue a warranty based upon a failure, in Koppers’ judgement, to comply with the Koppers Built-Up Roofing Warranty Program.
