NOTICE:
: Any claim from the owner or owner's representative(s) on non-warranted roofs shall be deemed waived unless submitted in writing and received by Koppers with thirty (30) days of the date that the defect to which each claim relates is or should have been discovered. Proof of purchase as evidenced by material invoices must accompany the written notice. Koppers liability on non-warranted roofs shall be limited to resupply of Koppers products involved. In no event shall Koppers liability exceed the material purchase price for any Koppers product: (a) that has been determined to Koppers satisfaction to be defective and a cause of the roof problem; and (b) for only that portion of the roof involving such product. Koppers distributors, sales personnel, or any representative of distributors or contractors have no authority to extend the warranty stated as above or waive such limitations or liability.

This roofing manual supersedes all previous roofing manuals of Koppers, including any Sweets catalogs. Koppers reserves the right to revise this manual at any time and for any reason and reserves the right to make changes, without notice or obligation, to any information contained herein, including, but not limited to, specifications and procedures.
Unless specifically noted, the dimensions and quantities set forth in this manual are approximate.
