After an inspection by Koppers and Industrial Associates Roofing Co. Inc., it was determined that the roof's life could possibly be extended years with the application of Roof Resaturant L.O. 410, an asbestos-free, polymer-modified, fibrated resaturant combining a special blend of bitumen and restorative oils.
