KI Holdings Inc. Declares Dividend
PITTSBURGH, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of KI Holdings Inc. has declared a dividend of $95 million with respect to its Common and Preferred Stock. The dividend will be paid on or about December 2, 2004 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 29, 2004
