Overview
Koppers strives to be the Preferred Quality Supplier in all product lines by offering technical support in understanding and analyzing product performance, and in developing new pitch products. We have the following objectives:

• Maintain and improve conventional feedstock quality while identifying alternate feedstocks to produce pitch of superior quality.
• Develop improved pitches with respect to operating and environmental performance.
• Maintain and improve carbon testing capability to understand the performance of product.
• Provide timely, reliable and complete analytical services.
• Provide engineering services, such as assistance in conversion from solid to liquid pitch handling.
