Through participation in various professional technical organizations such as ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials), AWPA (American Wood Preservers Association), ACS (American Chemical Society) or TMS (The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society), Koppers technical personnel keep abreast of new developments in analytical testing and measurement capabilities.

By conducting and participating in periodic round-robin analysis of various products with customers’ and third-party laboratories, assurance of analytical precision and accuracy is maintained.
